Home On-Site COVID Testing

KMM provides COVID-19 Antigen and Antibody home on-site visit testing conducted by a medical representative. Both detect all variants of COVID-19 including OMICRON.

For the below areas, a minimum requirement of 3 tests (or minimum of $297 order) is required to schedule home on-site:

For areas not listed above, a minimum of 10 tests is required to schedule home on-site.

COVID-19 Antigen Rapid Testing (Swab) - $99 per test
COVID-19 Antibody Rapid Testing (Blood) - $75 per test

In Clinic cost for both tests is typically $250 or more.

If you have already tested positive in the last 14 days, we do not recommend getting tested, as you will most likely test positive again.

Our Process for Home Testing

Complete and submit the request form below. Once accepted, click the button below the form to pre-pay for service. You will receive an email with your appointment date and time, as well as a confirmation of your address. Please be patient, as there may be delays due to high demand.

KMM books on a first come, first serv basis. If you are requesting a COVID test, you should isolate. Please do not go to work or out in public.

KMM accepts all credit cards online as well as bank drafting. We are unable to accept checks or bill insurance.
